Refund Policy

Customer understands, acknowledges, and agrees that this Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of the agreement with GMB Advance, which governs the access and use of the Services provided by GMB Advance, having its principal place of business located at Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh. By signing up for or otherwise using our Services, the Customer affirms consent to this Policy. If acting on behalf of a business or third party, the Customer represents that they have the authority to agree on its behalf.

Introduction

At GMB Advance, we are committed to delivering effective GMB Profile Setup & SEO, and Growth Solutions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations are accepted and refunds, if any, are processed.


Cancellation Policy

GMB Advance may suspend or terminate a Customer’s account or services at its discretion under circumstances such as (but not limited to):

  1. Breach of any material term of this Policy or our Terms of Service, not rectified within ten (10) days of written notice.

  2. Customer entering insolvency, bankruptcy, or debt-related proceedings unresolved within fifteen (15) days.

  3. Customer violating advertising platform policies (Google, Meta, etc.) or if such platforms request us to cease services.

  4. Customer engaging in activities that may harm GMB Advance’s reputation, systems, or compliance obligations.

Upon cancellation or termination:

  • Customer and their users will no longer have access to GMB Advance Services.

  • Content or campaigns violating our policies may be rejected, suspended, or removed.

  • Customer may be eligible only for a pro-rated refund of unused ad spend (if applicable), but not for service fees, setup charges, or campaigns already executed


Refund Policy

If a Customer cancels services or terminates their account:

  • Services will be discontinued, and access revoked immediately upon confirmation.

  • No refunds will be issued for service charges, consulting fees, setup fees, or campaign management costs once services have commenced.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15–20 business days after approval.
